Andrea Ott, MS Human Movement
Once upon a time, in the small town of Kingman, AZ, there was a place called Energie Gym, where people were 1st and fitness was 2nd. It was here that I began to consistently encounter people who had pains and conditions that interfered, not only with their workouts, but their ability to function in daily life.
My efforts to help these individuals grew into a training niche specializing in identifying movement problems and finding creative solutions to address or work around injuries or illness.
adaptiFit is the 2.0 version of that niche, and I hope to help many more of you get back to activity, fitness, and adventure no matter what life throws at you.
Please let me know how I can help YOU!
